had an amazing experience staying at the Homewood Suites in Baton Rouge, thanks to Tracey. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about the guests—she’s patient, kind, and always greets everyone with a smile. Tracey made check-in smooth and even offered helpful local recommendations that made my stay even better. People like her are the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. I loved my stay here! Everything was clean & very accommodating to my family and I. Miss Kizzy was helpful & you could tell she enjoyed her position. Miss Tasha had very high energy and kept a smile. I can’t wait to rebook this hotel for my next work trip!!!

Listen, I have been all over the world as a United States Marine. I was astounded at the cleanines, hospitality and genuine concern for my temporary stay. Especially from Ms. Tracy on the evening shift. She went above and beyond to make sure whenever we made contact. "Mr. Larry is everything ok? Do you need anything?" I felt very comfortable and at ease knowing the hosts of the facility cared from the service desk, maid service and even the friendly and very nice maintenance man. The lady at the front desk,had the best customer service in the world. I don't know her name but it started with a K. Beautiful smile, informed me very well. Oh and the Lady that cleans the rooms, Tasha I believe,unbelievable. She was ad nice as the front desk lady.

Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to Kizzy and Tasha, they were so friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service made the experience even better. I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially want to recognize Ms. Tasha and Kizzy for doing an outstanding job. They were both professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt comfortable. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Great location and an awesome, attentive staff. Ms. Kizzy was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we checked in. My nephew stayed for three weeks, and his room was consistently clean and comfortable. Whenever something was needed, Ms. Tasha from housekeeping took care of it without hesitation. The environment was quiet throughout his stay, which was especially important given the reason he was there. He loved it and was able to get plenty of rest. This is definitely a place worth staying when you’re in town.

The room was spotless and well-maintained every day. She was very polite, attentive, and clearly takes pride in her work. It made such a difference coming back to a clean and refreshed room. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
